If it's one thing I love (and have always had an affinity for), it's a fabulous champagne cocktail. I'm kicking off this week's posts with a celebration. It's in honor of hitting the road (we're on the road traveling to Toronto as you're reading this recipe (-;) and having a reason to celebrate with a great champagne and cotton candy cocktail! Later this week, I've got a super fun Valentine's Day brunch table setting & a feature on Darling Magazine with an inspirational, easy table DIY! Now let's get to my Champagne Cotton Candy Cocktail!
I served this cotton candy cocktail with champagne to some gals for an event at West Elm and it was a huge hit! And to boot, this cocktail is so simple to make, all you need are 2 basic ingredients, champagne & cotton candy and you have yourself a very sweet & visually pleasing drink on your hands! Serve the cotton candy cocktail with brunch, serve it at a bridal shower, and you can most definitely serve it for New Years eve!
