The Perfect Summer One Piece

If you've been wondering how to wear a romper, it can seem kind of overwhelming.  Admittedly, some of them can fit kind of awkward!  But let me tell you, Rompers and Jumpers just might be my perfect one piece for summer.  Think about it, you throw one on and whoosh, you're out the door.  What else in the name of style requires less thinking (possibly the maxi dress....but in the name of proving a point...) than a complete outfit all in one piece.  Today I'm showing you how to wear a romper as a perfect summer one piece.

I purchased this Line & Dot eyelet jumper at a great new boutique in Little Italy, Azzurra Capri.  Azzurra Capri has a fabulous line of handmade Italian leather sandals and this darling shop also carries some fun beach-inspired pieces like this romper, which I've worn at least 3 times in the last few weeks!  It's the perfect vacation piece because I wore it all day and was still able to dress it up for dinner.

It been a warm summer in San Diego and being so, I'm happily wearing the easiest pieces that make me feel put together in the quickest possible way.  Rompers are just the thing.  I don't know about you, but the easier it is to put together an outfit, the more time I have to drink my a.m. coffee and leave my house feeling effortless in the style department.  If you're worried about how to wear a romper or jumper, give one a try.  Summer is begging you!

Style Tip: One of the most neutral but complementary color pairings is light blue (or blues of any lovely kind) and warm camel.  I love how the blend of both hues are calming and play off each other so well.  Have you tried pairing these two colors together?
