How to Wear A Maxi Skirt from Day to Night

Maxi skirts are one of my most prominent go-to's when I'm thinking about how to create a great outfit combination. Why does it work?  Because there are so many ways to wear a maxi skirt! One of my favorite ways to wear a maxi skirt is paired with a great silk blouse for a wedding but another way is with my favorite jean jacket if I want to rock my maxi skirt on the weekend.  What are other ways to wear a maxi skirt to take it from day to night?  Pairing the maxi skirt with a vest over a top is a perfect outfit for work.  Slipping that vest off and adding a great necklace & heels is a simple outfit hack that takes this to night time glam.  On the weekends, pairing the maxi skirt with a plain white tee & jean jacket, then accessorizing with a colorful scarf brings a whole new element to a relaxed, chic weekend look.
