The Rylee and Cru Maxi Dress | Cute & Comfortable Spring Style
Moving into my almost-sixth month of pregnancy has given me a lot of perspective on the art of dressing for an ever-changing body. Over the last month, I've really begun to understand the struggles of figuring out how to feel comfortable while also trying to look good in what I'm wearing. I mentioned before that I won't be talking a huge amount about specific pregnancy outfits but moreover how to achieve a comfortable cute look with non-maternity wear. This Rylee and Cru maxi dress, which isn't maternity specific, is one of those comfortable pieces.

Cute & Comfortable Style | The Rylee and Cru Maxi Dress
One of the major challenges that any women faces, not just someone going through pregnancy, is how to look cute but yet maintain comfort. I can tell you firsthand that I shy away from fabrics such as polyester (ode to the 70's) and tend to gravitate towards cottons. This Rylee and Cru maxi dress is so so comfortable that as soon as I put it on, I knew the dress would work for me. Think about some of your most comfortable pieces you own. What materials/fabrics are they made out of?
The Rylee and Cru maxi dress fits very loose around the waist, which is good for comfort but sometimes this can sacrifice when it comes to cute. So what to do? I usually add a layer that helps create the essence of a waistline. Which, if you've followed me for some time now, you know I'm quite the denim/jean jacket fanatic. So layering with a jean jacket is the perfect answer for me to feel comfortable and cute.
To add to that cute/comfortable factor, I usually finish off with a few strong accessories. My favorites are this Gigi Pip wide brim hat, a great necklace from Natalie Borton, my favorite shoes from Freda Salvador, and a great bag with a pop of color like my new favorite from Larsen & Lund (grab a 15% discount with code 'artinthefind'). What are some simple ways you maintain style, comfort, and that cuteness factor?
