The Perfect White Faux Fur Jacket
The white faux fur jacket. It's one of my favorite additions I've integrated into my cooler weather outfits. It's been a more mild winter here in Toronto, so I've made a lot of use out of my faux fur jacket lately.

If you read last week's post, you know that I wore this striped skirt and paired it with a great faux fur vest for a holiday party outfit. Well this week, I thought I'd mix and match a fun white faux fur jacket with the same skirt to give you an idea of how to throw together a great outfit for a party, for work, or for brunch with the gals, this time adding in a pop of color.
I got this white faux fur vest from Eliza J last year and it's available again this season. Last year, I paired the faux fur jacket with a dramatic emerald green pleated floor length skirt. It's been one of my favorite holiday looks so far. I've gotten a lot of use out of this white faux fur jacket, in a more casual sense, pairing it with jeans and a basic white tee. There is really a lot you can do with a piece like this during the winter months. I'll be packing it with me when I head to San Diego, despite the warmer temps there. You never know when you're going to need an extra layer!
If you've been wanting to try a faux fur jacket, I highly recommend this white faux fur jacket. Here are a few style tips and ideas for pairing a faux fur jacket 3 ways.
1 | pairing with stripes and a bold color | a great outfit starts with a base, pop of color, and a mix of pattern here and there. layer in with the faux fur and a pearl necklace and you're set.
2 | boyfriend jeans | want an easy way to wear a faux fur jacket casually? break out the jeans and white tee and pair with your favorite booties and you're ready for the weekend.
3 | pairing a bright top with a patterned bottom and a faux fur jacket| the opposite of the first look, swap out a solid bottom for a pattern and a pattern top for a solid one. Then add in a colorful or cute pair of flats or heels and off to work or brunch you go!
